Is HireTrack Eclipse 64-bit compatible?

HireTrack Eclipse is 64-bit compatible but only if you have been issued with a CopyMinder token, which have only been introduced since 2007. The until this date we issued KeyCall tokens which require HireTrack to execute a 16-bit process which is not supported under 64-bit Windows.

If you are uncertain which type of token you have:

KeyCall token codes start with "GL"
CopyMinder token codes start with "Eclipse-"

Note, this limitation only applies to machines that run HireTrack Eclipse; if your file server that hosts the HireTrack data and token is 64-bit, then HireTrack will work fine with a KeyCall token. Its only as issue if HireTrack itself has to run on a 64-bit machine.

If you need to change your license to a CopyMinder token you will need to have a current support contract and should [e-mail] to make arrangements.

Note: the CopyMinder token relies on a Windows Service being installed; so if you currently host your data and token on a Linux file server, the token itself will need to be installed on a Windows machine.
