When selecting a destination folder for the HireTrack Eclipse installation, a dialog box is displayed showing the message "You can not install HireTrack Eclipse on to a drive which does not support long file names.".
Some of the files HireTrack Eclipse installs use long filenames. A long file name is one where the naming convention 8.3 does not apply. If the destination folder does not support long file names this error will be generated.
Install HireTrack Eclipse to a folder or drive (volume) that does support long files names. NOTE: If you are installing to a Netware Volume, long file names can be activated using the following procedure. Load the long name space support NLMS, and then add the long name space support to each mounted server volume. With Netware 3.12 long name support is actually called 'OS/2' because back then only OS/2 had long names.
