There are only two special requirements when installing Eclipse on a Terminal Server machine:
- You must install using the Windows Control Panel's 'Add/Remove Programmes' option; this ensures that files are correctly mapped to user's virtualised system folders.
- You should add a switch 'NTTS' to the install path command line. The simplest way to do this is in the 'Add/Remove Programmes' Wizard when you are specifying the where to find the installation file; for example, from a cd rom it may be "D:\Setup.exe" so you simple type the switch onto the end of this command line: "D:\Setup.exe" /NTTS
Note: adding switch merely ensures that certain files used for printing are copied to the Windows(WinNT)\System32 folder rather than the Windows(WinNT)\Crystal folder. If you missed out this step accidentally then you can perform this manually by copying the contents of Windows(WinNT)\Crystal folder to Windows(WinNT)\System32.
