RentalDesk NX has problems finding updates

Sometime firewall settings require RentalDesk NX to use 'passive mode' when checking for updates

1. 
   Close RentalDesk NX
   
2. Download the file UPDATES.ZIP and  extract the contents (UPDATE.INI)  it to the same folder as RentalDesk.exe (normally C:\Program Files\RentalDesk NX)
   
3. Restart RentalDesk NX
